Shipping & Returns Policy
How much are delivery costs?
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders over $90.00 AUD within Peth metro area in Western Australia.
For all other orders (under 3kg) we charge flat shipping rates of $10.00 AUD (Incl. GST) per shipping address. Our standard delivery time is 2-10 business days which depends on your location.
Packages up to 5kg are shipped via Australian Post and Fastway courier.
Packages over 5kg or large backpacks such as Tactical hydration are shipped via Fastway courier.
Do you ship outside Australia?
iBabyWorld Online Shop can only deliver in Australia at this stage.
Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?
Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process you can choose different addresses.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund please contact our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us.
In order for us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions:
- We only accept returns sent to us within 7 days after an order has been delivered to you.
- All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse or store, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
- The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.
- We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees.
- We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
- We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
- We do not exchange or refund soft toys due to the hygiene factor.
- We do not return or exchange a gift card, eVouchour, discontinued item or an item that was reduced to clear.
- To report a lost or stolen Gift Card contact us or visitout store. Please note Gift Cards are to be treated like cash; a defaced, alteres, lost or stolen card cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- We need all returned goods together with any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
A major failure is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description;
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will either replace the item or repair it within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
If you believe there is a problem with the item you purchased please return it to our iBabyWorld store with proof of purchase. We may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If the product has been assessed and found to be not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, iBabyWorld has the right to refuse to provide a refund, repair or exchange.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?
We will refund the complete cost of the items in your order. We will not refund the shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?
If wishing to a return a product please contact us in which we will be able to advise the best way to return the product(s) and inform you of any further details required.
For a refund of Goods purchased online they will need to be returned to our warehouse or store once confirmation has been received to do so from iBabyWorld. As our online shop ibabyworld.com.au does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. Alternatively, exchange of goods purchased online can be done at our store by providing the order confirmation receipt at point of exchange.
I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?
If you received a wrong item we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
